In Search of Caribbean 'Que
To find the best Caribbean BBQ!
Patti and I took a 10 day cruise, searching
nine Islands in the West Indies.
Ten days at sea!
Our goal was to reach Barbados...
the name itself almost spells "barbecue".
No not that sailing ship!
This one, with restaurants and bars!
We searched every island
Hurricane Maria took down Uncle Joe's sign
but not his "World Famous" B.B.Q.
We sampled anything anywhere
and left no plate or glass empty!
If they were Que'ing it,
we were eating it!
