The Memphis in May competition is my favorite. It continues over a four day weekend where there are 4 different competitions that I qualify to judge, held in two different beautiful venues:1. Memphis in May Whole Hog 2. World Food Championships3. MBN Smokeslam 4. SCA Steak CookoffThis competition is the Grand Championship of the World for Whole Hog barbecue. Even TV Food Netword's "BBQ USA" is here1 Many local corporations sponsor competition teams where they hold their company employee parties at the same site. There's even a Barbecue Sauce wrestling match (see below) like you've never seen before. Splash!
